Marathon training

Not for me, thankfully.

Niki is running her first marathon this year and has been looking for buddies to join her on those long, boring runs. She did a brilliant 14 miles today, her longest run ever, and I joined her for about 6 of them.

I was planning to head up to the Mynd afterwards but the last couple of days caught up with me and so I sat on the sofa instead.
