Just one thing after another

Plant Line arrived first thing this morning.We have ordered a trolley of Box and a trolley of Conifers for centre plants.Good to have a catch up with Gerrone who we hadn't seen for some years.
Postponed my delivery to Shropshire after Neil rang and told me that the snow was fairly heavy.
Putting seedlings out on the benches in the Prop House and geraniums on the benches of the Cambridge House has taken up a large part on the day.Helen potting most of the day.
Heaters have been on and off all day it has been so cold and wet.Just locking up as it was going dark and I noticed that the heater in the Cambridge was firing up and then the override would kick in.The main fan had stopped turning and on closer inspection we found that it had blown the end off the capacitor. New capacitor ordered and one of the small standby heaters rolled in and fuelled up.It is a big house for a small heater to heat but it is set just to keep 5C and is managing.

A very cold and very wet day with some wintry showers.Windy this evening.
