Cold and Frosty Morning

We went off for a walk around Portmore Loch with our friends Kate and Graham this morning. It was the first time Mr P and I had been on this walk but we really enjoyed it, despite the bitter cold and icy paths.
After lunch at the Scots Pine in Eddleston (very good) we headed home for a rest and then I braved the elements again to get the bus into Edinburgh to meet my friend Anne, as we had tickets to the launch of Sara Sheridan’s new book at Greenside Church. Defrosting now at home.
