WHITE PRIMULA AGAIN

Wahoo, at long last I managed to attend Mrs Gladders' QiGong session this morning.  The first one for a few weeks.  So much needed and I feel so much better for it too.   She is a great teacher and friend.

Then after lunch I wondered what I could blip for today it is very dreich, again.  So I thought I would practice some photos with my macro lens.  I'm not that great with it, but I have to try it.
