Derek, the usual postie, did turn up on an emergency mission with his pal who has an old school landrover, so we could drag the van out of the mud and get him on his way again. He left with a barrage of abuse from Derek ringing in his ear.

As this is the third time recently someone has mistakenly attempted to drive down to the back field I think I’ll have to put a sign up suggesting they rethink.
