It wasn't properly dark when I left work after five this evening: we are emerging from the dismally short midwinter days in Scotland.

I'd had a good day: a good computing lab with the students, and then an afternoon's productive programming. Because I was on a roll, I continued after making a fish pie for dinner and walking Django.
