Good news is that Dad should soon be starting rehab for his spine and can sit in a wheelchair, so next week am going to take Peggy Sue (my parents Jackapoo) to visit him in the hospital carpark :-)

Not good news is my lovely mother in law has been admitted to hospital with a bug that has knocked her for six. She has been mostly asleep for the last few days. I just hope she can fight it.

She was admitted as we were on our way to Wales for a weekend to recharge our batteries. Reassured she is being looked after, we carried on and are only a couple of hours away if needed.

Tomorrow is forecast to be bright and I hope it is.
