Dad...we got water..

I got an early call from my son Darren...'Dad, we have water in our basement'...
Where is most of it??
By the hot water tank...


Turn off the cold water feed..and I will be there ASAP..


Called a very good friend who is a plumber..and he asked me to pick up a new hot water tank..and a few fittings..


So, 3 hours later..cleaned up the water mess..new hot water tank working..and I took the old tank to the recycle..
