Our Lady of Penrhys

This statue of Our Lady of Penrhys stands on top of one of the local mountains looking down into the valley below. She marks the site of a shrine to the Virgin Mary which was on a pilgrimage route. Today the shrine has gone but the nearby holy well survives.
