Surprising day today...

Unwanted surprise... the water went off in the middle of my shower today. Shampoo still in hair. Quick survey of the house revealed the only other water to be in the loo. Unfortunate. Luckily, flow restored before I had to resort to that!! Shades of Kenya, but at least then we always had a trickle from the tap and could have bucket showers.

Pleasant surprise... went by a cafe we used to go to for lunch years ago. Stopped and had a burger. Just as good as they used to be. Mmmmmm.

In at work to see some patients for exam study today. Productive, which was pleasing as motivation lacking recently. Have to book my tickets to Perth tonight. Dinner first.
