The Frognerkilen boat organization of 1860 is an organization of the municipality of Oslo. You can afford to have your boat there but you have to be patient to get the opportunity. I have waited and paid my yearly rent more than 6 years. As seen today most of the boats are still in the harbour which means the holiday season has not yet started.
