Friday: Xunantunich

Having visitors is always a good excuse to get out and about and revisit some sites.  I had the day off so we took S. to Xunantunich, one of the largest Mayan sites - it’s only about an hour from home.

The weather was glorious today. A balmy 26 degrees so not to hot.  There were a lot of iguanas out, basking in the sun.

Our new cook, Claudia, is working out very well.  She made us a fabulous vegetable curry for dinner.
