Flowers …

… in a vase on our sideboard. They were brought this afternoon by our friends N and D who had arrived from Rennes yesterday and been visiting other friends in the meantime.

We were delighted to see them; it had been over a year since we had been together. We spent the rest of the afternoon and evening catching up and making plans.
