It's like indoor camping at the moment. 

The house came with a massive range style gas cooker which we both hated. It was very old and really hard to clean and the oven either burnt everything or took ages to cook. When we had to knock part of the kitchen down we couldn't fit it in so by a stroke of luck Mike found this two ring hob in Aldi for £20. So we got rid of the cooker and just manage with this and the air fryer and the microwave. 

It's funny what you get used to but all of this has kind of become normal for us!
