Scottish Weather

Living in Scotland, you've always got to be prepared for the fact that the weather is entirely unpredictable. Take this chap for instance - even though the sun is shining and the temperature is topping 20 deg C, he knows that in the blink of an eye, the weather could turn grizzly, and we could be buried under 6ft of snow. Passers by may laugh at his wintery attire, however he'll be the one laughing when they're all snowed-in in their cars and offices wearing nothing but t-shirts and sandals, while he glides off with ease on his trusty snow-board.

Mind you, he is taking the whole "be prepared" ethos a bit far by bringing a snow-board and set of skis.
