Still

A nice start to the day, reading a good book in bed. Then I got busy giving my road bike a very comprehensive spring clean, and taking it for a spin. Inspired by this success I sprung cleaned my trainers and running kit.
We had an overnight visitor so I did a good breakfast and made soup.
We then walked up to the new cafe at Bike Trax  called The Towpath Cafe at Lochrin Basin, which we liked a lot. It is spacious and has a large balcony which will be good on fine days.  No cake for me after not good eating yesterday.
We enjoyed our walk on the canal with a Kingfisher, 3 swans, ducks and many Goosanders.
