Bed Make-Over

We got a double bed base to go into the bedroom we are renovating but we don't like using a valance. So, Marlane ordered, and received, a load of navy velvet to cover the sides and end.
Stapled all around the top, fold it over, turn over the bed section, staple all around the bottom underneath.
Have to wait until Friday for the carpet to be fitted, and Saturday for the new mattress to be delivered.
Doesn't look bad does it.
