I’m trying to do 15,000 steps a day through February, so far I’ve managed it . HOWEVER sometimes I have to faff about on my treadmill just to make sure I hit the target yet other days I do it without the need of the extra faff . I’m better at exercising if I give myself a goal , I like exercising because it’s very good for my over active intrusive thoughts . When I was younger I was medicated because I had a terrible fear of death , never mine … it started when I had my eldest daughter and became absolutely crippling .
Quite a few unhelpful dick heads offered some splendid advice ( hear my tone ) along the lines of ‘why don’t you just stop thinking about it then ‘ …. DRAT IT … silly me … bang I’m cured ….
Anyway …. I like /need / crave exercise otherwise I’ll be more bonkers than usual xxxxx
