Post walk snoozes

I decided a nice family walk would be lovely. 

It was busy, a combination of an event we weren't aware of, the weather (I think lots of people looked outside and thought oooh it looks warm let's go outside) and well who knows. 

Strider managed to make me fall over by winding around my legs. I didn't think I'd hurt myself but once we got home it was apparent I was a little more bashed than I thought. 

I'm ok, knee hurts, wrists hurt from where I put my hands out (yes it was was a full on fall), my ankles hurt and my back feels a little jarred. A warm shower and heating pad helped.
