Tuesday night alternately means time with The Carmenator or some networking with Windermere's finest out on the golf course.

This week it was the turn of the golf course and some how we again got lucky with the weather! This is the view at Windermere Golf Club from the 7th tee looking back over the 18th green to the clubhouse and pro-shop beyond.

You can hopefully also see the club flag fluttering in the breeze. In one of the nicer traditions of golf clubs the flag flies at half mast when a member passes away (as it was the other week), but happily this evening it was flying high!

That said, one of the members had a funny turn this evening and was sent off in an ambulance, the barman dutifully accepted responsibility having admitted to telling said member that the bar prices were going up...
