The modern

In the evening I decided to go to Tai Chi in the hope that it would not be too painful and that the exercise would do my shoulder some good.  At that turned out to be true. I couldn’t stretch my left arm like I should but I did not get the stabbing pain I was expected so I am very happy I went.

When I got back, I dug out another TARDIS mug. This one is a much more contemporary one and, I think, was a present.  Like the one I used for yesterday’s picture, I have never used it to drink out of. I like the design but I don’t think it feels that it’s part of the Doctor Who franchise; it seems to stylised.  I keep it with the other one. I am not sure that I will ever get around to doing anything with it.
