Getting There

I attacked my (over) supply of coriander again this evening and made another old favourite - also bursting with flavours. 

It is a Kerala egg molee. Or it was... The recipe is published online, so I have linked to it. 

All that aside, my Monday was much like most of my Mondays but I have also spent time sorting out details for meeting my son tomorrow and my cousin on Saturday.
