Dog walk

Another dog walk after some sleep today following lasts night night shift.
Same walk as Friday but today with Wilma and moss.

Wilma lives to run. Why walk?
She loves life and running in any direction.
The other daft willow dog is with mark in North Norfolk working. Nice only the 2 dogs.

Good to get steps in when I wouldn’t normally when I’m on night shifts. I tent to flop with tiredness.
Never mind New year resolutions I’ve tried to form good habits. Pilates regularly, walking more. No bank work and taking me time.
