Fab run in Mersea

Such a beautiful day for a run. I ran for 6.5k including several run backs, with B power walking 5k. It was so lovely looking across the river towards the mainland and out towards the power station and out to sea.

After the run we enjoyed a lovely fish finger sandwich at the Art Cafe.

All in all a lovely day.
