The reading room in reading week — lovely and peaceful in the department today.

A surprise on the doorstep when I got home: 18 months ago I got a magazine subscription which came with a free pair of noise cancelling wireless earbuds, but it’s taken until now with many, many, many emails asking where they’ve got to for a pair to finally arrive! I ended up buying some for myself in the meantime so these ones will go to mum if she wants them!
