Just What Is It?

   Found this "three pronged thing" in the back of a kitchen drawer - you know - the one where all the odds and sods are put for safe keeping. Except that I haven't a clue what this is and what it's for.

   AllI can tell you that it is made of cast iron, is quite heavy for its size. Looks like it's been used for something as there are marks on it which look a bit like rust.
