Marmalade making

It was another wet and dreary day. I made a start at the next batch of marmalade, juicing the fruit and extracting pith and pips to tie into a muslin square, but I ran out of time for slicing the peel. We like our marmalade thick cut, so I slice it by hand, so it takes a while.
