Red and green chillies

The chillies in the garden are peaking. No dead shrivelled ones on the bush and a nice mix of red and green ones. I'll do a curry when we get back from NZ. 

Another hot day. By mid afternoon the weather bureau put out a severe thunderstorm warning, mostly for surrounding areas rather than here. Apart from a bit of a thundery rumble and some very light rain, the only sign in the sky was an amazing show of mammatus clouds, the best I've seen. So glad I raced out with the camera for a few shots, the one I like best being my extra.
