Callebaut chocolate

Another photo of these lovely nuggets of Belgian chocolate which we use at work for making our chocolate brownies and other lovely things. I say 'another photo' because I took a similar image to this a few months ago but can't remember the exact date. I love the texture of the chocolate and the reflections in the stainless steel bowl, and they look almost like coffee beans! These went into a chocolate brownie shortly after I took the photo.
