Food for Thought (TT455)
A cut lime from our fridge - we usually have this with salmon, which with it's Omega-3 content is said to help with brain function.
With Gill having been in hospital for a week, some of the perishable food delivered last Wednesday has reached the 'green bin stage' which is very annoying! I should have thought to give it away to the neighbours on Saturday when it was clear she would be in for a few more days.
Fortunately there is a small M&S food shop at the hospital so I can get myself something fresh when I am leaving to drive home.
