Apricot

A 'meal ingredient' for quite a few of the dishes I cook.  Our favourite being lamb tagine.

Spent a lovely morning/afternoon with a dear friend I hadn't seen for too long.  She's incredibly talented and her home is beautiful with lots of her gorgeous artwork on view, which is highly inspirational but a little intimidating for me!
