Hope

I have photographed the big old beech tree a few times, since it fell in this winters storms.
Today I noticed that the daffodils, at what used to be the base, had come through the soil and were curving 90° towards the sky.
It made me incredibly happy for some reason.
I’ll take that as a win.


Ps. Just noticed it’s more pronounced if you view it turned 90° to the left. As if the tree was upright. Trippy.
