Bumbling along...

In a reflection of the weather I've felt decidedly  sub-optimal today, I think I may have been a little too energetic in the last couple of days. Early this afternoon I managed to drag myself the short distance to the shops and was pondering where a blip might appear from, and then this hit me. Bees are a recurring theme in the area: the beehive features in the coat of arms on the former town hall as well as the emblems of my tennis club and the local bowls club, whilst the recently opened path that runs alongside the railway line to Raynes Park has been named Beeline Way. Whilst I'm a big fan of bees and think that they need to be protected as much as possible, I'm glad that they don't grow to the size of these ones!
