A face in a birch
In a park near the south seashore of Helsinki there is an old birch, cutted off in a storm.
I don´t know who has carved the face, when and why, but it looks like it has been there for a very long time.
This morning I was walking and passing by that tree and saw the face for the first time in my life and I´ve walked there for tens of years.
Perhaps it was the little bird sitting on the cutted old birch that attracted my attention. But most of all, I think, I found the face in a birch because I´ve started blipping. You begin to see your old neighborhood with new eyes.
Wow !
