Reflecting.....

I was incredibly sad today, to hear about the death of Radio2 DJ, Steve Wright. I've listened to him for over 40 years now, and can't quite believe he's gone.

He was without doubt an incredibly successful, funny, and innovative presenter, and there have been many wonderful tributes from colleagues and friends. Some said he was clever, others mentioned his humour, and many said what a great host he was. The thing I found most interesting though, was this - practically everybody interviewed said the same thing about him - that above all else, he was incredibly kind.

Kindness.....being kind. That, in my humble opinion, is one hell of a thing to be remembered for.
