Sun's up!

A chilly but beautiful morning walk. The snow was sparkling in the sunlight as was the frost on the trees. - 14c this morning. Today I went with my friend to try out a kickboxing class. Things I learned about me from the class my coordination isn't great, skipping is harder than I remember and doing something new outside your comfort zone can be fun especially if you don't take yourself too seriously! After we had a cuppa tea and long chat at my friends house before I headed home to walk the dogs!
