Haven

I'm not sure on reflection the Ipoh trip was a good idea.  Everywhere was packed, being Chinese New Year and trying to organise 7 adults and 2 kids in 2 cars, in 2 suites on different floors and 2 languages is a minefield.,  there were real tensions this morning. And driving all that way to sit by a pool when there are 2 here....

However, we made it through the day.  #1 had some pool tome this morning, the girls fed some very unhappy bunnies and we had breakfast at 9.30 and then rocked up for lunch in Ipoh Old Town at 12, 2 of the part having had breakfast just after 7.  The museum that was planned to visit was fully booked so after a brief walk, brief luckily as it was 36 deg we set off home.

With one brief stop we took 4 hours, much of it in very slow moving traffic. The other car took longer as they had a longer stop.  We had pizza and then I came home and chilled out by updating the family history following the recent contact.
