Chillin’ out

It’s been a glorious day today, and we had a somewhat relaxed day.  MrMacD took it easy as he is still not feeling 100%.  I spent some time catching up on computer admin, doing a few bits and pieces around the house and picking tomatoes.  I started to prune the honeysuckle plant which is trying to take over my clothes line.  However, it was much too hot so I’ll finish it tomorrow.

A has finished painting the third bedroom, so will be back in the morning to take up the plastic covering over the carpet and will put back the light fittings and door handles.  We’ll have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to move everything back into that room, then move the furniture out of the lounge and entrance so A can work between those two areas, as they’re going to be painted the same colour.  We are definitely on the home stretch!

We went to a Rotary meeting/dinner tonight and as we came out I spotted the seagull on top of a camper van, just chillin’ out.
