Cacao Tea
A by-product of chocolate making is cacao husk. Most commercial chocolate makers throw the husk away but one little artisan chocolate maker in the Coromandel has a no-waste policy and brews the husks to make a rather gorgeous 'tea'. This is nothing new. Ancient civilisations did this too.
