Reclaim The Streets.

The plants have run wild! Fading glory being slowly consumed.

This is the property next door to Sandra's office. It is a lovely buliding, but looks to be in a right ol' state of rund-down disrepair.

Occasionally, a guy will come along in a beat up truck and organise some tidying up of the spreading wildness. But not too much. Not so much as to make a real dent on the march of bushes progress. Apparently, he is the owner and he is very old. I know this because when José, Sandra's dad talks about him, he always says old with arched eyebrows!
