A Night at the Opera

I took today’s main photo as we left the Sydney Opera House tonight after a performance of The Magic Flute. It was great fun. One reviewer says that this new production for Opera Australia ‘does not shy away from pantomime silliness’. 

Earlier in the day we’d greatly enjoyed the Ramses and the Gold of the Pharaohs exhibition at the Australian Museum, on loan from Egypt - see extra for a sample.
