HELP! They're taking me to be neutered!!

On my walk at lunchtime (camera in hand, of course) this red car came driving towards me and in the back was this very sad looking puppy. There wasn't a lot of time to react, but I am very excited with the way the photo came out. I love the motion blur on everything in the shot, except the puppy!!

As for the "getting neutered" thing...I don't know that's what was happening, but if it was, I think that is the expression I would expect to see!!
