Like a layer of snow

Today was the first day of the season that Easton Walled Garden opens to the public again, at the beginning of Snowdrops Week. It's half term, so Mrs B and I took the children along. The snowdrops didn't disappoint! In this picture you can see how fast flowing the river is beyond the snowdrops -- reflects the quantity of rain that's fallen of late. My Extra shows a patch of blue, low-growing, tiny irises. We had a lovely visit.

Earlier was given a lovely Valentine's Day card by a certain somebody who's recovering from surgery. Was most touched!
