Someone lives on an island

I have been helping Kathy, my florist friend, with her Valentine deliveries. Today I had to go to a gated community on the lake. The actual recipient lived in a condo there but this island was opposite the road I was on. A gated causeway was at the end of the road that would access this home.

Curious about the cost of the condos saw one for sale. Over $375,000 for 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Maybe not with viewing the water.

I cannot imagine the millions this big,private home would cost.

I’ll keep my little cabin in the woods.
