I'm back down the beach out the front today after a (long) recovery from Covid then bad Vertigo/nausea for days (possibly triggered by the virus?).... The surf is quite good but the water a little discoloured from all the rain with more on the way.... it's quite hot and humid, thank goodness for air-conditioning.....
