Tax Man

The dreaded brown envelope from The Tax Man.

Thankfully this is one of those rare occasions where it’s them paying me back some of my money :)

Last time this happened I quit my job and started contracting, it added enough to my savings to cover the period of waiting for first contract payment coming in. Won’t be doing that this time, quite happy with work at the moment and have plans for some home improvements for this cheque.
