Gruesome find....

This looks very macabre but there is an innocent explanation for these floating faces. I went to a 1st aid refresher course today & instead of having to use disinfectant or face shields when practising CPR you get a detachable face to put on the mannequin when you have your turn.
A bit of a weird subject to photograph & I got a few comments when I took it but makes for quite a striking image I think. K
