love this patch of mud

I like the channel through the mud, the sounds of the oystercatcheres, the sheen of morning light on the mud.
Busy day today with Auntie M & associated memories always in my mind. Weeded our little patch of garden, had a tennis lesson & played a bit of tennis, drove to Worthing to pick up new glasses. Now I write it down, it doesn't sound so much! There was additional drive to fishmonger, so I guess that makes it qualify as a busy day..
