Sea swim

This evening I went for my third swim of the year and first in February [ I may not manage another but we'll see). I have joined a local group who swim really regularly which is good and they are fun.
The day was very flat and grey and the sea the same and it was pretty cold [ about 6 degrees]. Needless to say I was only in about 5 minutes before my teeth began to chatter - a sure sign that its time I came out :) Felt great afterwards though :)
