Bonnie has a Valentines present!

Bonnies favourite postman brought a parcel for her today. It was a box full of lovely chewy things! She definitely has an admirer!
Update to the crumpets, I let the latest batter ferment for a whole hour until it was really frothy. It rose really quickly in the rings and they have lovely big holes for the butter and jam to sink into!
Other baking today, some Cornish pasties for the market. Hope they sell/don’t sell!
